Sebha – Libya
The daily operations within the institution are an inexhaustible resource of data and information that must be provided to the different levels of management so that these administrative and technical levels follow up the activities and evaluate and evaluate the work within the institution.
Therefore, the Foundation’s office in Sebha organized a workshop on the skills of preparing and writing administrative reports under the supervision of Mr. Jumaa Saad for office members and some of the Foundation’s collaborators.
The workshop included defining the objectives of the reports, their types and specifications, and the conditions and foundations for writing them.
Through these workshops, the Foundation seeks to develop the skills of preparing administrative reports and introduce the specifications of a good report, its method of implementation, and its importance as an effective means of communication that leads to the development and improvement of administrative work.
